What were the issues in the ever-evolving world of company law that kept in-house legal counsel awake at night in 2017?

For our In-House Legal Counsel Monitor 2017, we conducted a survey to find out what topics were the biggest concerns among company lawyers. This survey, for which we teamed up with Dutch company law association NGB, received more than 200 responses. The topics of Privacy & IT Security, Corporate Governance, Compliance & Ethics and Demand for Efficiency emerged as the principal areas of concern, and were the subject of discussions by trendwatchers Andrea Wiegman, Farid Tabarki and Jaap Bosman at the In-House Legal Counsel Monitor on Wednesday 28 March 2018.
